Terms of Use
These terms cover your use of the drapèbyria website while our first collection is in preparation. They’re meant to be plain and fair — please read them, and by using the site you agree to them.
Our store isn’t open yet — right now you can join our mailing list and send us a partnership enquiry. Nothing on this site is a sale or an offer to sell. The name, designs and imagery are ours; please don’t copy them. We keep the site running with care, but it’s provided as-is while we build.

About these terms
This website at drapebyria.com (the “site”) is operated by drapèbyria (“we”, “us”, “our”), a saree house designed in Canada. By visiting or using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree with them, please don’t use the site.
Where we are in the journey
Our first collection is still in preparation, so the site is currently a pre-launch presence. At the moment it lets you do two things: join our mailing list, and send a partnership enquiry. There is no online store, checkout or payment yet, and nothing shown on the site is an offer to sell or a binding quote. When our store opens, we’ll add separate terms of sale covering orders, pricing, shipping and returns.
Using the site
You may browse the site and use its forms for their intended, lawful purpose. Please don’t misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, scraping or copying it at scale, submitting false or someone else’s details, or using it in a way that breaks the law or infringes anyone’s rights. We may limit or withdraw access if the site is misused.
The mailing list and enquiries
When you join our list or send an enquiry, you agree to give accurate information and to keep it reasonably up to date. A partnership enquiry is an invitation to talk, not a contract — we’ll always reply personally where we can, but we can’t promise to take up every enquiry, and any partnership only becomes binding once it’s agreed separately in writing. You can unsubscribe from our letters at any time.
Intellectual property
The drapèbyria name, logo, wordmark, and the text, imagery, layout and design of this site belong to us and are protected by law. You’re welcome to view and share links to the site, but please don’t reproduce, adapt or use our content or brand for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Links to other places
The site links to a few external services — such as our Instagram and email. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or their own terms and privacy practices; visiting them is at your discretion.
The site is provided “as is”
We build and run the site with genuine care, but while it’s in this early stage we offer it on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. Details, dates and plans may change, and we don’t guarantee the site will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, drapèbyria won’t be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that can’t be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
How we handle the information you share with us is explained in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
Changes to these terms
As drapèbyria grows — and particularly when our store opens — we’ll update these terms and revise the date above. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the applicable federal laws of Canada, and any dispute relating to them or to the site will be dealt with by the courts located there.
